Spirit-gnosis is a term for knowledge that comes from Spirit. It is deep knowledge, intuitive knowledge. There is so much more to voice-hearing than our current medical or scientific models suggest. Voice-hearing is frequently connected to the spirit or subtle realm, and many voice-hearers feel their voices are meaningful, if not beneficial.
This book explores different types of voices, and how to maintain personal sovereignty and wellbeing as a voice-hearer. It draws on my own experience as a voice-hearer, my healing journey, and my work with other voice-hearers, It also draws on the work of other practitioners and thinkers in this space. It is written in layman's language, accessible for people who hear voices, as well as those who care for them or work with them.
