Your energy field is the composite energy of your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual qualities. An unhealthy energy field can show up as constant drama, poor boundaries, negative emotions and a tendency to blame. Meanwhile healthy energy fields generate a sense of peace, inner balance, positive relationships, and ability to give and receive appropriately. Your energy field will be un unconscious extension of yourself until you become aware of the constant interplay between you and your environment, and at that point you can begin to take responsibility for it, and the life you lead. In this video, I talk about the many ways people can heal from experiences of psychological/emotional distress. I myself have tried many things, from traditional medications and psychotherapy, to energy healings and plant medicine. This video discusses ways to "craft" your own unique path and for some viewers, it might encourage you to be brave and try something new. Healing is absolutely possible but the only one who holds the key is YOU, which you can activate through your own intuition and discernment. Ultimately, no matter what path you choose, I share at the end of this video that the keys are "raising your frequency" and "learning to love yourself". INterMany people hear voices, but few understand the experience. Voices are stigmatised in the west, and many voice-hearers have diagnoses like schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder and Dissociative Identity Disorder. I use my own art and stories to illustrate the value of voices and psychosis, and I present broader explanations for voices than commonly found in psychiatry. It can be very painful to learn that the external world cannot meet our needs - or at least, our deepest need for connection and unconditional love.
